Itinerary
Upon arrival at Beijing Capital International Airport, a private transfer will take you to your hotel. After check-in, rest or visit Qianmen Avenue to savor Beijing specialties like roast duck and soybean sauce noodles. Optionally enjoy a Peking Opera performance in the evening
After breakfast, visit Tiananmen Square, the world’s largest public square, to see the Monument to the People’s Heroes and Chairman Mao Memorial Hall (if open). Enter the Forbidden City, exploring major halls and the Inner Court to uncover 500 years of Ming and Qing history. After lunch, climb Jingshan Park for a panoramic view of the Forbidden City and Beijing’s central axis.
