Things to note when traveling to plateau

① Due to the cold climate on the plateau and the large temperature difference between day and night, be sure to prepare enough cold-proof clothes to prevent colds. Both cold and respiratory infections may trigger acute mountain sickness;② If serious altitude sickness symptoms occur on the way into the mountains, you should respond immediately and go to a nearby hospital as soon as possible, or transfer to a lower altitude area as soon as possible for recovery;③ During the tour, strenuous exercise should be avoided, walk slowly, the body load should not be too heavy, and you should do what you can. Portable oxygen can be purchased as needed.

Day 01 :

Chengdu-EMU-Huanglong Jiuzhaigou High-speed Railway Station-Visit Huanglong Scenic Area

Assemble at Chengdu Railway Station and take the high-speed train to Huanglong-Jiuzhai High-speed Railway Station. Your tour guide will greet you at the station. The specific train schedule is subject to notification from customer service. Spacious and comfortable first-class seats are specially arranged to make the journey easier.
When entering Huanglong Scenic Area, you can first take the ropeway up the mountain to save energy. Admire the calcification pools along the scenic trail. The layers of colorful pools are the highlight. Take photos along the way to record the beautiful scenery and feel the strangeness of the travertine beach flow. When playing, slow down, breathe in the fresh air, and admire the snow-capped mountains and forests. Finally, slowly walk down the mountain to appreciate the beauty of nature.
Take a bus to Jiuzhaigou and check into the hotel. Afterwards, you can travel freely, and you can also attend a Tibetan-style evening party at your own expense, watch performances while eating, and interact with local people in Guozhuang.

Day 03 :

Visit Songpan Ancient Town and return to Chengdu by bus

After breakfast, proceed to Songpan Ancient Town. Songpan Ancient Town has a long history. The city walls are majestic and still show majesty after passing through the years. The ancient buildings in the city are simple and elegant, retaining strong ethnic customs. Tibetan, Qiang, Hui and Han ethnic cultures blend here. The local delicacies are unique. The hand-grilled meat is fresh and tender, and tastes generous and enjoyable; the Songpan blood sausage has a unique flavor and a mellow taste; the potato glutinous rice cake is soft and delicious, and paired with spicy seasonings, it has a unique flavor.
